Computerized World

Sure the hospitals nowadays are quite advanced. Even the computers has their own medical computer cart already so they can drag it along whenever they want to encode some files or documents. When i delivered my youngest one, i was impressed when the nurse told me everything from my lab test, even though i just barely got my blood drawn. It's because everything nowadays is all computerized and they can deliver the results through computers.

Logitech Speakers

I may have to buy me a logitech speakers for my laptop because whenever i watch my movie here it seems like the volume is not loud enough. There are some movies that sounds too low and i need to hear everything. But unfortunately, the built in speakers of the laptop is not that great when it comes to watching movies. So instead of just settling with the built one, i have to buy a really good speakers to enjoy more of my movies :)

Milky Look Effect

Lately i have been so crazy with my editing in photoshop. I could not help myself not to open up my photoshop everyday. I love to play and to edit with the images i captured. In fact, i had a recent session with a young lady and it turned out to be a magical photo shoot ever. I love how all the photos i took came out really nice and beautiful, just like my model :)

Anyways, here's one stolen shot i got of my little one the other day as we went for a short walk since we can't stay outside too long due to the freezing temperature. I love how this image turned out to be because it looked like it's more of a milky image. I do love popping colors though, but when i tried this one, i sure fell inlove with it right there and then. Maybe i should practice more often to edit milky effect look like this one. It sure looks nicer and more dreamy :)

I Need A Good Laugh!!!

With this very depressing winter season we are currently having, i feel like i wanna go home to my beloved country right away and enjoy being in the beach a lot and eat fresh food that i miss so bad. But then, because it is not possible for now, i just have to find some other ways to entertain myself from my severe boredom and depression as i call it.

Upon looking for amusements, i happened to stumble into this Photoshop Fail photos that indeed made me laugh. How could such people be so careless not to take a look at their photos before they post it to the public? If you are curious what i am talking about here, you've got to see it for yourself and i can assure you, you will laugh just like how i still am until now.

Also, i was wondering why all of the sudden these days that women are trying to copy the duck beak by doing duckface. I have seen so many people doing it, not just women really but particularly, mostly women does it. It's so funny though that they sure look good and then they want to be taken picture of with their silly looking mouth.

Another thing is the funny autocorrect on the phone when texting someone. The words comes by itself and even if you meant something else and without looking twice what were you typing is really can make your message a big difference. So better to review what you are about to send first so that you won't messed up with someone whom you sending message with. Internet has a lot of things that can amuse and entertain people. But also some other things disgusts me. Good thing i found all these things that somehow ease my boredom and depression. It somehow helped me not to think too much of going back home right at this very moment.

Gold Coins

If only i have a good source of income, i would surely do buy gold coins for a business. I have heard a lot of people doing it and so far i hear that they have been doing so good with that kind of business. I would really want to try that out because husband said it would really make a big difference to us. Having an extra source of income will make our saving even better for our kids future.

Remodeling most of our house

I think that one of the best things about owning your own home is actually being able to do with it what you want. I was a renter for years and I remember having to ask permission to do a lot of things back then. I would have never been able to replace a hardwood floor! I wouldn't have wanted to waste the time and money doing that somewhere that I didn't own.

But now that I am a homeowner, I'm looking into Flooring Installaion because I want a new hardwood floor for our living area. It's something I've thought about for a long time and decided to finally go along with it.

But that's not the only thing that we're working on in our home. We're also learning the tips on reupholstered furniture and refurbishing some of our old pieces. It not only makes for a fun weekend project, but we're also able to take some pieces that we love and pair them with some fabrics that we like a whole lot more. We should have done this years ago!

Spine Surgery Dallas

So glad to hear that the operation of my friend's father went fine. They took him to Spine surgery Dallas where the operation was done. Right now the old man is safe and home and recuperating from his surgery. Hopefully he will be back to his normal routine as soon as possible since they cannot really stop him from the things he like to do everyday. As they always say, it is really hard to raise an old person, haha. So i am just hoping that the old man will listen to his doctor's advice and most especially to the people who loves him dearly.

I Deserved Receiving Flowers!

Eversince i got married with my better half, i could only count in my fingers how many times he gave me flowers. The only one i remember in fact was when i came home from a long vacation and was so dead tired. That was what, almost four years ago? Goodness! His reason is, he doesn't like giving me flowers because it dies quick, while his love for me is not like that, it is forever, lol! I do know that he loves me so much just as much as i love him. But that doesn't mean if he gives me flowers, it represents the span of his love for me.

So i told hubby that this coming Valentines day i should get flowers from him. Yes, it may sound so demanding but he needs to give me once in a while to cheer me up and make me smile just like other women in the whole wide world. I should expect the flowers delivered before the special day of hearts. He just smiled at me and told me he'll see, so i said, he doesn't have to see, he has to do it, haha! Anyway, i know for sure he'll do it though, he loves giving me the things i want to get from him. That's how loving my husband is. I also told him what kind of flowers i want to receive during Valentines day :)

How Time Flies!

Where did the time go? Where did it go? I was just browsing all my kiddos's pictures and made me realized that they are indeed growing faster than i thought! Goodness! Especially the little one that i am always with everyday. His big brother goes to school, so just two of us always gets left behind at home while daddy goes to work too. I still remember when he was born, so big and chunky! But now he's losing weight because he is more active and eat less. No matter how i tried to force him to eat but he won't eat the food i prepare for him.

Hopefully, he'll pass this stage. I know that every children undergo this kind of stage that they lose the appetite to eat. But, i am happy though that even he doesn't eat much like i wanted him to, he's still looking healthy kid to me. My mother used to say that she herself doesn't like chubby kids because it would be hard mostly for the parents to diet the kid. But, anyway, here's my little rugrat. Taken the other day before we had the snow storm. It was pretty day outside, chilly but not too bad, so we were able to enjoy and played outside with the whole family.

One of the most complicated thing that my brother does is doing some computer work. When i look at him sometimes, he's i think he is doing complicated work but he told me that it was not as hard as i thought it is. He mentioned this InetSoft's dashboard scorecard and honestly, i really have no idea about this but he does. So when it comes to computer and everything, i always can depend on to my brother.

Newly Wed Friends

Luckily my friends who just barely moved in California found some good cheap furniture stores in los angeles. They do need to save some money because they just got married and wanted to live on their own. And they moved there because her husband was assigned by his company to work there instead. She hates to leave us her friends over here but she has no choice but to be with her dear husband. She is hoping that California will bring them good luck to their marriage life.

Glass Mosaic Tile

Hubby and i have been planning to move to a new house, but the question is when? We haven't done anything about it, and we do really need to find a new place for us because the kids are growing and they will be needing a room to each one of them. Yes, we do have enough room for both of them though but then the room won't be as big as they wanted it to be when they get older. Also, i want to get a new design of the house, i somewhat don't like the kitchen we have here in our house because it is too tight and not enough space whenever we have some friends over.

What i want for the kitchen if ever we will be buying a new house, i want to design it with glass mosaic tile. It looks elegant and classy looking kitchen i am going to have if i have that kind of wall in our kitchen or even to our bathroom. I want to design my own place, i want it to look just like what i picture in my mind. For now, i have to just live with what i have. Soon, when we buy the new house i have been dreaming, surely that our kitchen will have the mosaic tile that i love to put all over the wall of our kitchen counter top.

I am really good at spending money. As it turns out, I am not as great at saving it. As I’m recently married, this has caused a little bit of problem. When it was just me that was forced to eat Ramen noodles every night, it was no problem. Now that my husband is subjected to eating “leftovers” every single night because I spent just a little too much money on shoes, something has to give. He is not okay with that, unfortunately. I’ve gotten really creative with saving money, and I’ve cut back on my shopping, but I’m not going to completely stop buying adorable kitten heels. Let’s not get crazy. I have started to clip some coupons and shop the “buy one get one” sections at the grocery store, but that hasn’t yielded a huge savings so far. Here’s what has—since I live in Texas, I was able to call SHOP Electricity Rates Texas and have them shop around for a cheaper natural gas provider. This has saved us a lot of money. And my husband no longer sighs every time I say I’m going to the mall. That, my friends, is called a “win-win.”

Girly As Her Mother

Finally, we had the chance to take some family photo shoots but it wasn't that great like i really wanted it to. I had some good shots but i wanted more. If not the kids were being goofy, the father won't be looking or smiling in the camera that made me so frustrated during the photo session. And the other thing is, i really don't like indoor photo shoot, i would prefer an outdoor one because the background won't be as limited as the indoor shots.

Anyway, i am still glad that despite of the silly shots i got, i was still able to get at least two or three good ones. And after the family session, i took some snaps of myself, might as well that i was still in a good mood to do the photo shooting even for just by myself alone. But, when hubby saw this picture of mine, he mentioned that if only our little girl is with us right now, she would have been as girly as her mother. That, made me sad all of the sudden and made me cry. That's for sure, no doubt about that, that she will be prettier than me, in fact. But anyway, i know she is in a better place and she is happy with HIM. I love her dearly but GOD must love her more.

Home Insurance

Is your home insured? Well, sometimes that we are just too confident that nothing will happen to our house because we thought it is in a safe place and the neighborhood are just too friendly. But what if while you are away something might happen, like it could be you might have forgotten to turn off the candle, or maybe left some appliances turned on while you were in a hurry trying not to be late in your meeting or gathering or whatever. These are just some examples that could cause fire or permanent damage to your house.

That's why it is a smart move to have a home insurance. Because if you have it, you are more comfortable leaving your house unattended. Even if you will be gone for so long, there will be nothing to worry about because you have your house insured. Of course you have to make sure that everything is unplugged and candles were lit off before you leave, so when you come back, your house is just as how you left it. It is better to be safe than be sorry later on, and if accidents may occur, you feel bad as much because insurance will take care of you.

I Am Going To College!

One of my dreams is to finish my studies, really i have been thinking about it over and over in several times so i can think it over if it's really needed or not for me to to finish at least a four year course degree. Hubby is been so supportive with my plans though, i have no problem with him, he in fact, is the one who's keep on convincing me to start it soon as i can. But then since we have little boys still that i need to take care of full time, i seem can't fit any extra schedule in my daily routine.

Anyway, hubby said that soon as i get my citizen taken cared of hopefully next year, then i will start to look for a good school where i can find the degree i would want to finish and also not so far from where we live so i can easily get to my school without a traffic hassle. I have to agree with hubby, he is so right about that, so i don't have to rush everything up since i got not much of an extra time, i just can't afford to be late in school.

And on the other note, i am happy that i realized that there is a studentloan.com school loans that can possibly help me with the finances i need in school. Although hubby said he will try his best to have me finish my degree and he'll work hard for it, still i think that it would be a good idea if i have a student loan since they won't be charging so much interest since it is obviously for student enable for them to finish the degree they are taking.

Superhero Cufflinks

I have no idea that you can now actually get a superhero cufflinks. I remember when my father was still alive and during those time that he had some gatherings to attend, he always put button looking like to his long sleeve shirt, which i had no idea what it was then until i grew up and realized it's cuff links. I am glad that i found a store that sells different kinds of styles because i am planning to buy some pair for my son. I want him to look good when there's special occasion especially when he receives award from his school :)

Some people may have not do it but most people does. It's probably because they find it unnecessary to do it or it might be because they have no budget for it. For us, it's really important to have a specialist home insurance because we never know what will happen to the house. No matter how safe we think we are doing, there is always an unexpected happenings that might come. Christmas Is Almost Here!

Is your Christmas tree up and ready for Christmas day yet? I would assume though, since the waiting is almost over, Christmas day is only few fingers count away. Our tree is been up since even before the thanksgiving day and the kids are all excited what they can find under the tree on the very day. Well, actually, we haven't shopped yet for them but we'll try our best with my husband to get the shopping done before the Christmas eve, lol!

Anyway, in case i won't be able to greet you all a Merry Christmas on the very day, i would like to grab the chance now and greet you all a happy holiday and may you have a successful new year of 2012! ♥

Maternity Clothes

The maternity clothes nowadays are just as stylish as can be. During the time that i got pregnant with my kids, i was looking for a stylish maternity clothing but could not find one at the mall or some boutiques i have been to. Now that i can't get pregnant anymore, i saw this online store where to get this beautiful and fun style of maternity clothing, oh darn! I just love the dresses and some other accessories! Too bad i didn't learned about this before. But oh well, at least i get to suggest this store to some of my friends who are expecting! :)
